Let’s all get better!

Effectively, my entire life has been spent as an educator. Even as an exchange student to Kenya in high school, I’ve been fascinated with teaching, learning, coaching, and leading organizations.

While I’ve worked primarily in public schools, I’ve spent time working with leaders in the private sector and dedicated several years researching coaching and its impact on transformational leadership.

No longer should we just be discussing whether something is a management task or a leadership task. The two are inextricably linked and we should be developing leaders to know that there are intentional actions and behaviors we can engage in to help lead others, and also to build new and stronger leaders.
